Alert Labels Not Saving Correctly
It is a current known issue with our Seekr Job Alerts that the “Alert Label” field may not save correctly or may contain a different label name than what you typed.
If you are saving a new job alert and the “Alert Label” changes to something else after you save please follow these steps to save the correct label:
- Go to the job alert you want to fix, and click on the “Edit” button
- Type the “Alert Label” you desire
- Click “OK”
- Click “Save Alerts”
NOTE: This issue does not affect the receipt of your job alerts or your search criteria. The Alert Label field is solely for the organization of your Job Alerts list in your Dashboard.
